I. General Questions
1. Is this service (SimpleUpload.net) really free of charge?
Yes indeed, this service is free of charge for anyone. There are no costs. However, you can buy a Premium Account for more Service.
2. How many files per day can I upload?
You can upload as many files as you wish.
3. Are there any limits (download limit, code entry, waiting time)?
To secure the financing of our service we are forced to set a download limit and a waiting time for free-of-charge users. You can avoid that if you order our premium account.
4. What is a premium account?
To secure the financing of our service and to offer maximum comfort to customers who are willing to pay for that, we brought our premium account on the market. It offers you our download possibilities without any limit, waiting times or typing in of a security code.
5. How long are the files saved on the server?
Your files are deleted only after 30 days of inactivity. That means, if the files are downloaded at least once a month they will not be deleted at all. For premium users, the files are deleted only if the account is terminated.
6. What is the highest possible bandwidth?
Our operation center offers up to 60 GB bandwidth.
7. What are remote uploads?
With a remote upload you upload files from other server to our server.
8. Where are the servers standing?
Our servers stand in different modern operation centers in Frankfurt and Nürnberg.
9. What are SimplePoints (Premium-Points)?
Each time a Free Users downloads your files, you gain points. You get a Point for each download, provided that the file is bigger than 5 megabyte and the user has not generated more than 10 Points in the last hour. Premium users can generate for you up to 300 points per day. Your files have to be stored in the Freeuser Zone or the Premium Zone so that we can assign the download to your account. Points can be exchanged for a Premium Account, or to extend your Premium membership. In future, you can also exchange points against money.

12. Can I upload any file?
Yes, you can upload every file. For example you can upload images, documents, programms and also split archives.
13. Can I protect my uploaded files in any respect?
The files are uploaded in a manner that makes it really difficult to access an external file.
14. How do I access my uploaded files?
After the upload process you are forwarded automatically to a survey site. If you click on the sector "Links und Codes" you will get all the neccessary links that you need to send the uploaded files to friends, people you know and others.
15. Can I also delete my files?
Yes, you can. After the upload you will get a delete link and a click on this link will delete the file immediately.
16. Can I upload archives that consist of several parts at SimpleUpload.net?
Yes this is possible. For example you can use WinRAR to create archives that consist of several parts.
17. I have purchased premium account, but no login data get?

18. Which upload rules are to respect?
No contents that are not allowed to be distributed freely (prohibited, pornographic or protected works and contents)
19. I have found an illegal file. What can I do?

20. Can I divide a premium account with someone?
The acquired Premiums account may not be distributed or be used together with several persons. Offences against these use conditions can to the blockage lead.
